A customer needed a TV aerial connection installed in their bedroom ahead of a hospital bed being delivered. The work had to be completed promptly, cleanly and with care, as the customer wanted to use their smaller spare TV over Christmas while recovering at home.
Project Overview
This project involved installing a new TV aerial point in a bedroom so the customer could watch TV comfortably once their hospital bed had been delivered. The installation needed to be completed quickly and left ready to use straight away.
The Challenge
The customer required a new TV aerial connection in the bedroom, but timing was especially important. With a hospital bed due to arrive within a week, the room needed to be prepared in advance.
The job also involved drilling, connecting the TV aerial point and making sure the customer’s spare TV was fully tuned before the visit was complete.
Our Solution
Nick attended within the agreed time frame and carried out the installation professionally from start to finish. The new TV aerial connection was installed in the bedroom, allowing the customer to use their smaller TV over the Christmas period.
Care was taken throughout the visit. Nick wore a mask, treated the home respectfully and cleaned up after the work was completed, including vacuuming any dust caused by drilling.
Once the installation was complete, the TV was tuned and checked so it was ready for immediate use.
